Premium Finance Questions

Premium financing is the process of financing an insurance policy, similar to how someone finances a home or vehicle. A down payment is required and the remaining balance is spread across equal monthly installments.

Interest Rate refers to the annual cost of a loan as a percentage. APR includes fees along with the annual cost of the loan as a percentage.

Customer Questions

Your customer login information can be found at the top of your Notice of Acceptance and on every billing statement.

The portfolio code is 1125.

Customers return the signed copy to their agent. The agent then sends a copy of the agreement to Southern Access Capital.

Any questions regarding your policy coverage should be directed to your insurance agent.

A returned payment will be treated as a default. There is a fee for handling a returned (unpaid) check.

We offer several ways to pay insurance premiums monthly and accept credit cards, checks, and e-payments.

Yes. Fees vary depending on check or credit card payment type.

No. An early payoff is prorated.

Final Cancellation Notices are sent 15 days past the monthly due date.

Yes. Only your insurance company can reinstate a policy. Contact your agent to determine if insurance coverage is in force and will be continued.

Yes. The standard credit card processing fee will apply.

Yes. Please send in a signed Authorization Form or post an e-payment.

Email a copy of the policy quote to our team. A representative will send back a finance agreement.

Yes. Endorsements require a sufficient down payment like the original premium.

There is an option to place up to a 5-day cancellation hold on accounts.
